STEWED MULLET
INGREDIENTS:
1 Mullet
1 beancurd
1 stalk chinese celery
2 stalks spring nion
1 clove mashed garlic
SEASONING:
2 tsp light soy
1/2 tsp sugar dash of pepper dash of sesame oil
1/2 cup water
METHOD:
1 .scale ,clean and wash mullet. thickly slice beancurd.
2 .clean and section celery and spring onion.
3 .stir fry mullet and beancurd with 2 tbsp oil till sligtly brown. add mashed garlic and celery .sprinkle
with wine .stir in seasoning .bring to boil .sprinkle with sectioned .spring onion . dish up when mullet is
cooked .ready to serve .
