                                            FRIED GARAOUPA SLICES WTH GRAPES

INGREDIENTS:
1 Ib garaoupa fillet
5 oz grapes few slices carrot {cut into flower -like piecess}

SEASONING FOR FISH:
1/2  tsp salt
2 tsp cornflour dash of sesame oil dash of pepper

SAUCE:
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp wine
1 tbsp water

METHOD:
1 . Cut garaoupa fillet into large slices .dry and marinate with seasoning for 15 minutes . deep fry till
     cooked .drain.
2 .wash clean and wipe dry grapes .
3 .boil sauce with 1/2 tbsp oil. add carot and garoupa slices .mix well and dish up....
