STEAMED DACE WITH BEANCURD
INGREDIENTS:
5 oz dace fillet
1 oz dried shrimp
3 mushrooms
1 beancurd
1 egg
1 stalk spring onion
SEASONING:
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp light
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cornflour dash of pepper dash of sesame oil.
METHOD:
1.soak ,clean and dice dried shrimp and mushroom.Dice spring onion.
2.Skin,wash and slice dace fillet.Mince well and stir till mixture turns sticky . Mix together with mushroom and dried shrimp. Whisk egg and stir in the mixture. Add beancurd and seasoning , mix well
3. Pour mixture into a deep plate. Steam for 10 minutes ower high heat. Sprinkle with spring onion and steam 1 more minute. Season with light soy and cooked oil when serving.
