STEWED SPARE RIBS WITH LEAF MUSTARD
STEWED SPARE RIBS WITH LEAF MUSTARDINGREDIENTS:
1 Ib spare ribs {belly parts}
1 1/2 ib leaf mustard
6 mushroom few slices carrot {cut intro flower-like pieces}
2 slices ginger
SEASONING {1}
1 tbsp light soy 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp oil
SEASONING {2}
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sugar
1 cup water
SAUCE:
1/2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp water
METHOD:
1.Chop up spare ribs. marinate with seasoning {1} for 15 minutes. soak and trim mudhroom.
2. wash and shred leaf mustard . saute with 2 tbsp oil. dish up.
3. saute ginger with 2 tbsp oil .add spare ribs . stir fry for 5 minutes .add leaf mustard and seosoning {2}
bring to boil .stew over mild heat for 20 minutes . then put in mushroom. continue to stew until meet and
vegetables are tender . transfer onto plate and drain sauce .put sauce back into wok ,add car-rots and sauce to cook . then pour over ribs to serve...tanks
