STEAMED MUSHROOMS WITH VEGETABLESIncreduents
1.1/3 oz mushrooms
4 oz lean pork
1 clove mashed garlic
1 ib shanghai brassica
1 tsp diced ginger
1 red chilli
1 cup stok
SEASONING:
1 tsp yellow bean paste
1 tbsp dark soy
1 tsp light soy
1 tsp sugar pinch of sesame oil 1/2 cup water
METHOD:
1. soak and trim mushroom.mix together with 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp wine .steam for 10 minutes.
2. mincelean pork.mix together with 1 tsp cornflour and 1 tsp water dice red chilli.
3. wash clean and remove leaves of shanghai brassica.blanch with salt,water and oil till cooked.
drain and stew with stock for 5 minutes.take out and place around plate.
4. saute mashed garlic,ginger dices,red chilli and minced lean pork with 2 tbsp oil,sprinkle with wine.add seasoning,bring to boil.put in mushrooms.stir fry for a while,dish up and serve.
